Declaration of exclusion of organized crime

HOIST Corp. (hereinafter referred to as “HOIST”) declares its unwavering commitment to confront and eliminate anti-social forces such as organized crime groups that impede the sound development of socio-economic activities.

Non-involvement with antisocial forces, including organized crime groups

HOIST does not involve ourselves with antisocial forces, including organized crime groups, in all aspects of our business activities.

Refusal to provide funds

HOIST does not engage in any actions that could lead to the provision of funds, such as payment of protection money or providing favours, to anti-social forces such as organized crime groups.

Civil and criminal legal measures

HOIST will take resolute legal action, both civil and criminal, against any unjust demands or illegal acts by organized crime groups or other antisocial forces, in cooperation with the police, lawyers, and other relevant parties.

Cooperation with external specialist organizations

HOIST will cooperate with external specialist organizations, such as the police and bar associations, regarding responses to organized crime groups and other antisocial forces, and will strive to take organized action while obtaining appropriate advice and cooperation.

Thoroughly inform employees

The company will comply with laws and internal regulations regarding the elimination of organized crime, and will continually educate and raise awareness among all employees about the importance of excluding organized crime.

HOIST will promote initiatives to eliminate organized crime as a company-wide effort and contribute to the realization of a safe and secure society.
